Dylan was our service tech and he was very helpful in explaining the reason for the problems we were experiencing and the best options for addressing them. I felt he was knowledgeable, honest, fair and efficient. The new opener is a big upgrade over the old one. We can't even hear the door move now, whereas before our door sounded like Dracula's coffin.

Cody was great! He called to give us a heads up before arriving, he serviced our garage door, and even fixed our hanging button I kept meaning to get someone to look at this past year, without me mentioning it. It’s important to get a tune up for your garage. Same time next year :)
