Thanks for your professionalism and explanation of the repair to our Garage door that need to be done. Dylan was very helpful when teaching us about the warranty process with the parts to be installed on our garage door.

I called and Mr. Narvaez was at my house in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, presented the proposed solution, and after my agreement, began to work. He had the necessary replacement motor in his truck. After he had completed the work, he helped me program the remotes in my cars. I could not be more satisfied.

Our garage door spring broke suddenly and we weren’t able to open it to get the cars out. Called Precision at 8 am and the tech, Bryan, was knocking on our door at 10:30 am! He diagnosed the issues, gave us estimates with options and had all repairs completed within the hour. Would recommend to a friend.
