Why didn’t we call Precision first?! Taylor Rieben was excellent and professional in every way. Josh Stone did a superior job of installing two new door operators. This is a result of his installing the first door operator several weeks ago with such efficiency and effectiveness that we wanted to replace all of our door openers. He was sensitive to our time constraints, keeps us well informed, and does what he says. I would recommend him to anyone in need of garage door assistance.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door service! Our garage door broke and would not go up. I went on Precision's website and was able to schedule a service call for the very next day. Our tech's arrival window was between 12-2 and when Trevor finished up at his previous appointment, he called to see if it would be ok to come early...this never happens! Normally you're waiting around after your arrival window wondering if this person is ever going to show up! Trevor was amazing...he diagnosed the problem and ending up repairing everything under warranty with no cost to us. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend to not even look at any other garage door companies and schedule your appointment with Precision today.

Josh Stone came to give me an estimate in replacing two of my 19-year-old garage door openers. He came just when I expected, calling when he arrived as I was in a remote part of the house. He provided a thorough inspection and gave me all available discounts in his estimate. I was impressed with his professional demeanor and prompt work.

Josh accurately diagnosed a problem with my door opener, suggestion solutions and made arrangements for repair. I appreciate his thoughtful analysis and straightforward presentation of the facts.

Our spring broke on our garage door so it was no longer able to open. Scheduling was easy via online. We received text and email notifications about our appointment and when the technician was on his way. Our technician also called us to let us know when he was about 20 mins away. Russell was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and his recommendations were spot on. He was also quick and efficient. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. We would highly recommend them. Wonderful customer service and work performed. Thank you!
