My technician was Russell Holland and he did a great job on our three heavy garage doors. I scheduled an appointment late last night and Precision came out early this morning. Great response time. And, very good technical work performed by Russell. Good company!

We decided to replace the original garage door to our 30 yr old garage. So we called Precision Doors of Salt Lake. Vince was assigned to come and give us a bid. He was very professional and great to work with. The door we liked was on a 3 month back log so Vince and Spencer looked into something comparable that was in stock. They were awesome to put in extra time to help us get a great deal on a super nice garage door and opener. From order time to install was just over a week. Our new garage door was installed by Spencer and Brian. They were great to work with. After doing an awesome job removing the old door and installing the new one, they went through and explained everything about our new door and opener, the warranty and we’re so kind when answering my layman questions. I would highly recommend Vince, Spencer and Brian. I love our new door. Thanks so much

Tech was on time and polite. Got the job done quickly. However I am disappointed. I upgraded to the lift master because on the original visit the tech told me the two remotes and the keypad that we already had(lift master) would be compatible. After the opener was installed the tech and I tried to program the key pad. It would not work. So I had to purchase a key pad. Today we tried to program the two openers and neither worked. I paid extra to upgrade in order to avoid the cost of the key pad and two remotes based on the techs information. In the end I paid extra to upgrade and now have to spend more to replace the three items mentioned above. A bit frustrating.

Diagnosed issue quickly and found problem with hardwired control panel at back garage door. Replaced and verified wiring was installed properly including wire splices. Once done verified proper door control with all remotes and control panel. Excellent work ethic and knowledge demonstrated.

Brett did an excellent job in a very reasonable amount of time. Cleaned up and set up all remotes including my vehicle with a built in opener button. New setup is very quite compared to old system. Wife and I are very happy and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door service.
