Great jib

Walker did a super fabulous job. He knows what he is doing. He let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He kept the work area very clean, and he was very friendly and polite. I love the new door, It runs very quietly. The key pad will come in handy too. Great Company, Great Employees. I'm telling all my friends and neighbor's that if they have garage door issues to contact Precision Door Service. I wanted to give a special shout out also to Brian, my across the street neighbor,( whom also works for Precision) for noticing that the garage door had fallen down onto my car. He came to my rescue and temporarily straightened the door out, so that it would go up and down manually, for the weekend. Thanks Again, Love The Superior Customer Service! Sincerely, Sue Atkin

Bryan Narvaez came to my home to assess the damage to my chain drive garage door opener. We then looked at new belt drive openers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with all my questions :), and helped me look at options. At no time did I feel pressured yet he was one of the best salesmen I have recently met. He would present options with pros and cons, helped me evaluate them, then let me decide what I would do. He is a young man with considerable people skills as well as being a great representative of his company. I am still not quite sure what I will end up doing but if I go with Precision, it will be because of him and his presentation to me.

Your serviceman, Bryan Narvaez, was prompt, courteous, knowledegable, and offered us the best deal for our money. He did a superb job and we are grateful for the quick response. Precision Garage Doors did an exceptional job fixing my garage doors. Technician Russell made the entire repair process actually pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me options for possible repairs, and was extremely considerate and accommodating of my time constraints. I've had my door repaired in the past by 2 other companies and this was by far the best experience I've had.

Vincent came to our home to fix an issue that another technician didn’t do a great job on. Vincent was awesome - professional and thorough. I appreciated that he brought me into the garage when he was done to explain everything he did and to make sure I was satisfied. I wish all service technicians were like Vincent!

I was very pleased with Vincent. He represents you well. The problem disappeared, but I did ask for a total door replacement bid. he took measurements and gave excellent suggestions. I almost bought it then, but with advise from my better half I am getting bids for the job. We have loved what you have provided in the past. We still may go with you, but only after I get bids from a few others first. Next week I will know. Could you please send me the bid from Precision so I compare correctly? Thank you

Was told $289 on phone. When the technician came out he quoted me $701. That was just replacing the spring and bearings. I told him no way. What a waste of time. Otherwise, Dylan was a very nice guy and I don’t blame him. I blame the girl on the phone who was obviously trained to under quote people on the people hoping that they would just lay down later. This is going on Yelp. Sorry I don’t believe you will put this on your website. Another lie
