Walker did a super fabulous job. He knows what he is doing. He let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He kept the work area very clean, and he was very friendly and polite. I love the new door, It runs very quietly. The key pad will come in handy too. Great Company, Great Employees. I'm telling all my friends and neighbor's that if they have garage door issues to contact Precision Door Service. I wanted to give a special shout out also to Brian, my across the street neighbor,( whom also works for Precision) for noticing that the garage door had fallen down onto my car. Bryan Narvaez came to my home to assess the damage to my chain drive garage door opener. We then looked at new belt drive openers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient with all my questions :), and helped me look at options. At no time did I feel pressured yet he was one of the best salesmen I have recently met. He would present options with pros and cons, helped me evaluate them, then let me decide what I would do. He is a young man with considerable people skills as well as being a great representative of his company. I am still not quite sure what I will end up doing but if I go with Precision, it will be because of him and his presentation to me.

Precision Garage Doors did an exceptional job fixing my garage doors. Technician Russell made the entire repair process actually pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me options for possible repairs, and was extremely considerate and accommodating of my time constraints. I've had my door repaired in the past by 2 other companies and this was by far the best experience I've had.
