Trenton kept me informed by text about when he would arrive and and showed up on time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient when doing the Lube & Tune on my garage door. He also provided me door and motor replacement cost information when I asked about it. Two thumbs up for Trenton Brown!

9.21.2021 I was scheduled to have someone come out between 12 noon and 2 pm today for a regular service call/tune up. Also to check the keypad because couldn't access from outside; cover broken off. Did it only need batteries that I (and my sons) didn't know how to replace. Knew Precision could help. Phone call from Vincent this morning at approx 9:30 wondering if he could come earlier. Yes! He got here abt 10:15 and left abt 11:00. Very nice to have the job done earlier than originally set. Also added a surge protector to the motor. Explained the new keypad. The sliding cover will be awesome. Pleasant, respective and informative. Didn't mind that an older lady asked questions that others might consider dumb or unnecessary. Prices had increased from last year, but COVID affected everyone. It would have been nice if the previous service call of $59.95 had not jumped so high ($79.95). I didn't ask if Precision offered senior citizen discounts. That would be nice for returning clients. Thanks for taking good care of our garage door and "training" me on the new keypad. :) ADD ON TO REVIEW: After I had sent the first review I saw there was an email "Vincent is on the way" with his photo. Great idea.
