Vincent arrived when expected. He was very polite and respectful to us. Repaired the garage door so it would close. We knew we needed to replace the door and he showed us our options and did not pressure us on which to choose. Explained everything to us as we made our choice. Very nice man. Vincent is a great representative for your company. We give him a 5 out of 5 rating!

Excellent service as usual. Broken spring was replaced less than 14 hours after it broke. We won’t use anyone else.

Great response time. Josh the technician was courteous as well as professional. He evaluated our situation and offered choices of methods to fix our door. We are extremely happy with Precision Doors and your technician Josh. We will use Precision Door again if needed.

Josh did a great job. He also followed up with the install of new bottom seals. He is always a pleasure to work with and completes work quickly and efficiently.
