Jesse M. was my service person yesterday. He was able to come on the same day that I called Precision Garage Doors which was super because I couldn't use my garage door at all. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my garage door problem. He described to me everything that he was going to do to fix it and he even gave me some options. He worked quickly and took care of everything. He told me some things I could do to help maintain my garage door. I was very pleased with everything Jesse did. I highly recommend both Jesse as a great repair person and Precision Garage Doors as a company.

Precision made replacing my garage door the most painless process EVER. I mean it! From Michael coming out to give me a quote on a new garage door, arriving on-time, communicating via text how far out he is, and frankly; just showing up. Two other companies I called to get a quote from never showed up. To Brendan who installed my door. Also arriving on-time, communicating via text how far out he is, showing me how to maintain my new garage door once it was installed, and working fast and professionally. From start to finish I really grew to appreciate Precision, and was so grateful I chose to go with them over some of the other companies. Would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their garage door(s).

I was very thrilled with the service. It was prompt and totally fixed my garage door. Trent did excellent work. I'm happy to recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Our existing garage door opener started malfunctioning one morning and I went to the internet to find someone to fix it. I called Precision Door and they had an opening that afternoon (thank heavens, same day!). The tech, Russell, was friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem in minutes: we need a new door opener (not welcome news, it was expensive.) Russell was quick and efficient and had the whole job done in a couple of hours, which was awesome! Here is the best part: My wife and I went out for dinner and when we got home and tried to shut the door, it didn't close properly. Russell had left us a his card, so I texted him. He called me the first thing the next morning and lead me through diagnosing the problem. It just needed some fine tuning of the safety lights. One of his fellow techs, Jeramy, showed up within minutes and fixed the problem. I'd work with this company any day and recommend them highly!

Trenton made some adjustments to the door and it works great. Very satisfied with his work. However, I was promised a call back two days ago which never happened. I could have done the adjustment myself had I gotten the call back and avoided the service call.

Josh preformed the recommended repairs and noticed that some cables needed replacing.I have had countless services done waiting for someone to see and replace them I use as a test of the service. Josh passed with flying colors my garage doors have never worked this well, fyi you people did not sell or install them but you have improved them with your service and openers Thank you Bruce Hudson
