I was very pleased with Precision Doors service! The technician, Alexander Johnson, was able to come shortly after I had called! He was able to do a check on the door, lube, & tune it up in a timely manner, and he mentioned a couple of things, one as a preventive issue, but did not pressure me in any way to agree to have it done! He was friendly & his work ethic was commendable! Thank you Alexander!

I’m very happy with the service I received by Precision. I actually called back two days later and asked for Jeremy Evans to install a garage door handle for me. The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help. He knew it was urgent, and he responded beyond my expectations. Jeremy Evans is an employee any company would be lucky to have. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Ryan went out of his way stopped by on his way home he walked me through my garage door, explained things for what I could do next time when it happened very polite very knowledgeable. Vincent went out of his way as well, when I called told him what I was experiencing what happened he said let me make a phone call. He called me back and said Ryan will stop by when he finished the job that he was doing that is customer service, going way out for the customers that are in the need of help .
