Workers arrived as scheduled and proceeded to inspect my garage door opener and informed me of my options. Once I selected an opener, they to remove my old door opener and Installed the new one. Works great. Thank you.

Josh Stone was our technician. He kept us informed as to when he would arrive, and he answered all of our questions.

I phoned this morning, had an appointment between noon & 2 pm. At about 11:15 am the technician called, said he was ahead of schedule, and I met him. He diagnosed the problem, checked the system, and was done in less than 20 minutes.

Fantastic and attentive service, Ryan quickly diagnosed my problem and share the information I needed to make an informed decision without using pressure sales tactics. He was professional and we are very happy with the new belt drive garage door openers he installed for us. Would gladly use them again next time.
