HE didn't just come in and quickly fix the broken spring he made sure to show me other problems that I meant to adderess with him and gave me a fair price.

My technician was Ryan. Very friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant individual who quickly diagnosed my problem with my old opener. Clearly laid out replacement opener options with his real world recommendations. He installed the new opener efficiently, and clearly described its operation, and what steps I would need to take going forward with downloading the app. I have used Precision Door Service for years, and they came thru again with a pleasant, efficient service....highly recommended.

I’m very happy with the service I received by Precision. I actually called back two days later and asked for Jeremy Evans to install a garage door handle for me. The company responded quickly, and Jeremy returned and did a great job, arriving earlier than I expected. I think he may have even cut his lunch short in order to help. He knew it was urgent, and he responded beyond my expectations. Jeremy Evans is an employee any company would be lucky to have. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Wonderful service. Ryan went out of his way stopped by on his way home he walked me through my garage door, explained things for what I could do next time when it happened very polite very knowledgeable. Russell was great. He explained the problem to me, and replaced the pins that I had accidentally knocked out. He also talked about other options if I wanted to do additional repairs, but there was no pressure.

They arrived earlier than anticipated, but called first to make sure it worked in our schedules. We were able to schedule same day and the Trenton was very professional, explained things well, took care of the issue, then provided quotes for future work in the event we wanted to do it.
