Bryan was awesome! Came early and worked fast. Gave us several choices for our repair and did not pressure us or try to upsell us...just gave us our option. They came within a few hours of our call so that was a huge bonus as well. My only opportunity for improvement is that the total cost was kinda high...but I guess everything is these days.

Brian arrived on time. Both remotes stopped had stopped working that we had recently just purchased from Precision. He fixed them quickly, was very pleasant and left. Good guy. Thank you!

Got an email for a free service call. I guess we didn't understand what that meant. The tech was fast (same day) and understanding when I said I didn't want to pay for anything right now. I'll definitely keep Precision as the ones to call when I do want a lube and tune. Thanks

I highly recommend Precision door. Super fast friendly service and quality work. My door broke on a Sunday and Russell was at my house Monday morning and garage door replaced by Tuesday morning. Cordon was also friendly and did excellent work. Completely satisfied
