Precision came out last week to take care of a problem I had with the keypad opener, but this week I noticed another opener now did not work. I scheduled a return appointment online and Ryan was there within 2 hours to take care of it. When it comes up, I'll definitely be recommending them to anyone wanting garage door installs or service.

Josh was here for the Fall Service and found six cracked hinges which he replaced along with ten rollers. Josh was Exceptional in the services he provided and remembered that he had previously installed a new motor and track along with a replacement spring back in November of 2022. Josh adjusted the springs and made adjustments to the motor to compensate for the new rollers and hinges that he installed. Josh lubricated all the surfaces and explained how I could clean the rubber seal along the sides of my door to prevent it from dragging when going up first thing in the morning. Overall I was pleased with the services Josh provided and would rate him as an OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL who provided EXCEPTIONAL ONE-ON-ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Upon arrival, he inspected both doors and asked me what my concerns were and developed a plan to resolve the issue(s). Great job, quick work, every thing working great

Trevor was awesome. He replaced all door springs in both doors (2 and 1) in 20 minutes! I watched him and was totally amazed! Gene
