Very satisfied customer! My car was stuck in the garage while my husband was at work. I reached out to Precision Garage Door and they sent a technician named Jeremy Evans. Jeremy was great as he accurately diagnosed the problem of our garage door opener and repaired the problem in a timely manner. His communication was exceptional and was willing to explain the problem to both me and my husband (over the phone) so that we could both make the best repair decision that fit within our budget. We appreciated the notifications as to when he would be showing up to do the repairs. Definitely will use these guys again in the future if needed because of the great experience we had. Fair priced with outstanding service! Thank you Jeremy!

I appreciated Dylan calling to confirm his arrival time which was accurate, and once he inspected the situation, he let me know the problem. He was courteous, worked quickly to fix the problem and I am very happy with Precision.

Jake was so awesome. A fellow Toyota truck owner. He was knowledgeable , helpful and located the issue and fixed it. Also answered a couple of other questions about what do do with spring replacement when that happens. Would highly recommend a Precision Doors to anyone. Second time I’ve used this company.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Precision Garage Doors. Our appointment for repairing our broken door was scheduled quickly, the technician called to let us know he was running a bit late due to problems on a previous job, and when he arrived, he was knowledgeable and pleasant. The warranty we had purchased when we bought our new door was honored, thus saving us a great deal of money. Thank you for great service.
