Our double-door garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on their 24/7 telephone number and was promptly able to get a repair appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Jon Ferreira was our tech repairman and not only called on his way to our home to give me his exact arrival time but, also texted and emailed me with his picture. He was knowledgeable, professional, fixed the door quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. We were extremely impressed with the service that we received and highly recommend this company!
