I phoned this morning, had an appointment between noon & 2 pm. At about 11:15 am the technician called, said he was ahead of schedule, and I met him. He diagnosed the problem, checked the system, and was done in less than 20 minutes.

our sevice tech was very thourough and i felt honest. there is much more that needs to be done to some of the other areas on the door and he explained them well. after a lot of expenses during the holidays i didn't feel it was a good time do get all the work done needed but will for sure reach out to your team in the future. I am the sales manager at KSL TV and your company uses us for your advertising and i appreciate working with those that work with us. i would recommend Precision to all my family and friends

Our technician arrived just a few hours after I called to report a problem with our garage door sticking and not going up and down smoothly. He saw the problem right off and was able to tighten some screws that were loose along the door track. He understood the problem and it just took a very short amount of time to correct it.
