I'm very pleased with Precision's service and repair. One of my garage door springs broke in the evening on a Friday. A live person answered my call and scheduled the repair appointment for the next day, Saturday. Since my car was in the garage, I was stuck and unable to go anywhere because I couldn't lift and open the garage door. Ryan Neville, the technician repaired the door, was polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.
