They were responsive and did great work. The replacement of the bearings and the springs was not cheap, but the service and promptness made up for the cost.

Dylan was great. He was on another job in the area and was able to get to our house quickly the same day we requested service. He was kind, polite, and helpful. We are so grateful he was able to fix our garage door right away. We were very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Precision Door Service again!

We have a very heavy, 14 ft tall wooden garage door. The weight caused the shaft to break. The Precision crew came out same day to evaluate and worked until 9pm not only fixing the door, but strengthening the apparatus so it wouldn’t happen again.
