It wasn’t a broken spring but a total rebuild. A new motor and track. Our technician NAI MILA was very good and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with us. I want to give him the highest rating of 5 stars. We are very happy with his work

Very satisfied customer! My car was stuck in the garage while my husband was at work. I reached out to Precision Garage Door and they sent a technician named Jeremy Evans. Jeremy was great as he accurately diagnosed the problem of our garage door opener and repaired the problem in a timely manner. His communication was exceptional and was willing to explain the problem to both me and my husband (over the phone) so that we could both make the best repair decision that fit within our budget. We appreciated the notifications as to when he would be showing up to do the repairs. Definitely will use these guys again in the future if needed because of the great experience we had.
