Jon is very smart. He knows his craft. He was able to find out what was interfering with the signal to cause the remotes to not be able to talk to the main receiver of the System. We now need to contact the security system people to repair security system.

Extremely pleased with the entire experience from booking and the actual repair. Was given a 8-12 time slot and Jon showed up right on time at 8. Gave us a detailed explanation of the cause of our issues and provided 3 repair solutions. Ended up repairing the spring and replacing the rollers, bearings, and motor. Our garage door quit working. The outside keypad, the remote everything except for the wall mount that was physically hardwired. After a thorough investigation, Jon from precision. Figured out that the frequency was being interfered. This interference eventually burned up the motherboard of the garage door opener. Jon was able to replace the garage door opener change the frequency and complete the job. This project started late Saturday afternoon and he returned Sunday morning to make sure everything was completed. I can’t say enough about the professionalism The commitment to completing the job 100%.
