Walker did a super fabulous job. He knows what he is doing. He let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. He kept the work area very clean, and he was very friendly and polite. I love the new door, It runs very quietly. The key pad will come in handy too. Great Company, Great Employees. I'm telling all my friends and neighbor's that if they have garage door issues to contact Precision Door Service. I wanted to give a special shout out also to Brian, my across the street neighbor,( whom also works for Precision) for noticing that the garage door had fallen down onto my car. I was a little upset when my wife paid the extra to get the limited lifetime warranty by having a complete overhaul nearly 14 years ago when a garage door spring broke. A spring broke last night and a technician showed up this afternoon replacing springs and bearings and honoring the warranty. No unexpected expenses. I’m encouraged to find a company that stand behind their work. And I’m delighted we paid the extra 14 years ago as prices have skyrocketed since then.

I am very satisfied with Bryan’s work and professionalism. The service was completed quickly. The entire process of scheduling the service, communication leading up to the service call and the work done during the call were all grade A+.

I really appreciate it Bryan’s help today. He came and immediately went to work on my garage door. Apparently something in it had failed. He is very knowledgeable and a hard worker. I thank you so much for all you have done.

Excellent! We just moved back to the area and called Precision as we'd had previous great experiences with this company. This experience was no different. The tech/Josh called to confirm he was on his way and arrived promptly. He presented the options and proceeded with diagnosis work. He discussed his findings with me and went over the different options. He is polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled. The work was completed in a flash and we had a garage door working far better than we he arrived. It was nice to know we could continue to rely on Precision Garage Door services. Thank you!
