I was really impressed with the availability of your technician and being able to have my problem taken care of so promptly. Your Technician, Dylan made two trips for the repair of our garage door opener motor. The first trip was to diagnose the problem, which he was able to do quickly. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part to correct the problem. He made an appointment for the next day and came on time and made the repair. He was very professional, on time for both appointments, and on the second day visit had the repair made and the system working very quickly. I really appreciated the system that you have that notifies me with a reminder of the appointment time and keeps me updated on the technician's status. I have used your services twice now and been extremely happy with your customer service, your technicians, and your products. Thank you very much for all you do. Larry Bowler

Bryan Narvaez worked on my malfunctioning door operator. This was the second time I’ve had the same problem. It took several attempts to find the problem. He never gave up. Prompt service

Russell was great! He informed me as to all the options I had in fixing our garage door. Thorough inspection of all the major parts which I was grateful for. Gave me options to consider and made recommendations as well. Did not pressure me into any think I didn't want and was very professional. If all your service representatives are like Russell, you have an outstanding business. I would welcome Russell back to work on my garage door anytime and recommend Precision to anyone that had a garage door issue.

A superb tech and installer. Works long hours and knows what he’s doing. Open is very quiet. I have ordered 3 new garage doors from Dylan because I trust what he tells me. Very satisfied

Bryan Narvaez and the precision garage door staff have been AMAZING to work with! They communicated very well, were on time (early even!), and installed our new garage motor perfectly! Bryan took the time to walk me through each aspect of our new garage system and was super friendly. I love our newly installed garage system and recommend precision for all garage needs!
