Cordon called first, show up at appointed time, removed old door, hardware and opener and install new door, hardware and opener as requested. He did an excellent job and new door is functioning properly. It is also much quieter than the old door and opener. I am very pleased with the product and the service. My only question is about the warranty. Jake who came yesterday and sold me the product said it was a lifetime warranty. Cordon, the installer said it was a two year warranty after he installed it today. Which is it?

Over the years, we have always trusted Precision Doors to take care of any issues with our garage door. This morning, the door would open but not close. We called Precision, and within an hour Jake was at our door. He quickly ascertained that some parts that came with the door had worn out, and that the assembly needed a good lube job as well. Within 30 minutes all was fixed and running smoothly and quietly. Jake did an excellent and professional job. I am happy to recomment Precision Doors to anybody needing service!

The technician (Jeff) knew what he was doing and walked me thru everything he noticed. No pressure on selling me new hinges, but explained what they would help with and why I should change to different size. Quickly replaced them, inspected all rollers, cables, adjusted the springs, and lubricated everything. We're completely satisfied with how the door operates now and feel protected during the upcoming Winter weather.

When one of the torsion springs failed we called and Jake arrived first thing next day (responsive). He is knowledgeable and empowered to solve our immediate and long terms problem while providing us the flexibility to adjust to supply issues (delays) so we end up with exactly what we want. He seemed interested in making this a win-win and that kind of service is rare. We bought a completely new setup and while it wont arrive for weeks, Jake replaced the broken torsion spring and got us functional quickly. We looks forward to years of good interaction and excellent garage door products performing as expected. Nice work Jake!

Replaced wire that was shorting out, cracked hinges, bottom door weatherstripping. Door works good as new! Timely service response, great service experience, wonderful company to deal with! Jeff was great! Five star service!

Our double-door garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on their 24/7 telephone number and was promptly able to get a repair appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Jon Ferreira was our tech repairman and not only called on his way to our home to give me his exact arrival time but, also texted and emailed me with his picture. He was knowledgeable, professional, fixed the door quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. We were extremely impressed with the service that we received and highly recommend this company!
