Fabulous company to work with, came out quickly. They have done work on a rental and our home here. Josh Stone was wonderful to work with. He checked everything, then told us why our garage door would start to close then go back up. Our rollers were cracking and told us if they broke the whole door would come off the track. He gave an estimate to replace the rollers and it was reasonable. We had it done and he even replaced our light bulbs in the opener. Great service, friendly help and we definitely will use again if problems happen.

Josh was here for the Fall Service and found six cracked hinges which he replaced along with ten rollers. Josh was Exceptional in the services he provided and remembered that he had previously installed a new motor and track along with a replacement spring back in November of 2022. Josh adjusted the springs and made adjustments to the motor to compensate for the new rollers and hinges that he installed. Josh lubricated all the surfaces and explained how I could clean the rubber seal along the sides of my door to prevent it from dragging when going up first thing in the morning. Overall I was pleased with the services Josh provided and would rate him as an OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL who provided EXCEPTIONAL ONE-ON-ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Josh inspected my garage door. He replaced a broken spring and replaced several other items that had worn considerably (bearings, tension cables, etc.) Very professional and worked quickly. Door now operates again and is much quieter than before! Thank you, Josh, for your prompt response.

We were hearing a scraping noise on one of our doors and Josh came out same day and made an adjustment that solved the problem. When he looked at our other larger door he was able to see an accident waiting to happen, as the bearings were shot, and the whole door was about to fail. After getting the correct parts it now works like new, and no more danger of it coming undone. We appreciate his expertise and unexpected help!

Joshua was our repair tech for our broken spring. Not only the springs twice the size of what we had, he added struts to make the door stronger, and ball bearings for center end plate. I hope this all makes sense to you door folks, but all I know is I feel much safer now. Thanks Josh
