Josh was great. Not only a good tech, but a good salesperson for your company to recommend a number of things we hadn't considered doing initially, but it all made sense to do while here, and he wasn't a high-pressure guy. Was on time and thorough, and cleaned up unused parts...not like the last company we used that left a mess and hardware everywhere.

Josh was amazing! Arrived prpmptly within appointment window. Was very friendly and professional and listened to my concerns/ answered my questions. Gave me affordable options and let me decide without any pressure. Had to wait a few days for the right size of motor that our garage opener needed. He was informative and rescheduled follow up installation appointment. Returned on time, did great work, cleaned up better than he found my garage! He even reprogrammed multiple cars with built in door openers. He was punctual, conscientious, courteous and very patient and helpful. Great experience! Josh Stone came out to assess a very squeaky track on a belt drive that is normally very quiet. He was able to determine what the problem was, make some adjustments to fix the problem and helped me understand what the root cause of the problem was. He tuned up both of my doors and all us right with the world again. No more squeaks. Thanks for your help.
