I’ve had Jake and Blaine at my complex in the past month. Both were professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do to fix my garage doors. I was so surprised when a real person answered the phone, once in the evening and once on a Sunday. Amazing service. Precision is my garage door company now.

Oh my gosh, these guys were Jimmy John's fast. Great price, great product, Spencer even took the time to program my door code. I'm hard of hearing they were able to text me. Oh i love it. So good.

Jake was really friendly and helpful. He was able to come a little early and called to check if that was okay. That worked great for me. He explained why the door wasn’t working and fixed it really quickly. There was no charge since it was under warranty, so that was nice!
