Josh did a great job in analyzing the garage door hardware and operator problems and was able to clearly go over all the problems that needed to be corrected. He showed me the issues with the door cables and well as the systems failures of the door operator. I highly recommend Precision door service to anyone who has garage door issues. This is the Door Service to call for replacement of old or worn out metal garage door rollers. Fast and efficient with out bending the door track. Much better new garage doors and installation than the less expensive doors installed with track home subdivisions. You get what you pay for....

Jeff arrived when expected, saw the problem right away and fixed it. Also inspected all hinges and functions.

Jeff was very thorough in determining the issues with my garage door; weighing the door, checking all parts, etc. The door springs previously installed by a different company were 3 times more powerful than my current door opener could handle or my door needed. Thus, burning out the motor. Jeff quickly got me a cost of all parts and service, then finished replacing both the opener and springs in about an hour. He setup all remotes including my cars and ensured I knew how to work everything. I could not be happier with both his skills and professionalism.
