Precision did a full replacement of the entire garage door and all components including opener, belt drive, etc. They were timely. Good communicators. Provided a high level of service with high integrity.

We have been needing a new garage door for a few years now. We had precision door and few others come out to give us bids. They didn’t try to up sale like a few of the others did. Told them exactly what we wanted in color and windows and when it opens the neighbors didn’t wake up from the noise. Blaine came out and got right to work. We had to run an errand and came back 30 minutes later to find our old “noisy dinosaur “ door was gone. Blaine let me hang around and watch him work as we chatted about life and the great features he was putting up with the new door. Blaine had to deal with a few settling issues and crooked walls. After Blaine got it installed and showed us how to run everything, we couldn’t believe how quiet the door was. We couldn’t be any happier than we are now with it. Thank you Blaine for your hard work and thank you precision door!!!

We had great interactions with everyone we spoke with. From the sales person to Blaine our installation technician we had great service. The door is very quiet and looks great! The only thing Precision could have done better at was communication. With Covid we waited a little longer for the door than normal and updates from the company would have been nice.

Blaine was really respectful and did a great job. Loved how it turned out. Meet them in the morning and let me know what they were going to do and asked me questions to make sure it was set up to my liking. Super quick and easy. The door is great and the WiFi capabilities are great. Took about 10 mins to set up one I knew what to do. All in all 10/10 for the installation job by Blaine and the product 10/10. Been paying for service on old door every year for a new problem but should of just gotten a new one sooner.
