Jesse was Awesome! He installed my new door opener & a new seal on the bottom of my door. I appreciate the time and care he took with my needs today.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Sunday which would have been extremely inconvenient, had Precision not had someone on call. Jesse was our tech. From the time of the call to having the door fixed was within about 3 hours. What a relief! Jesse not only took care of the problem, but explained in detail about what we should be aware going forward. Thank-you Jesse, and thank-you Precision!

Jesse M. was my service person yesterday. He was able to come on the same day that I called Precision Garage Doors which was super because I couldn't use my garage door at all. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my garage door problem. He described to me everything that he was going to do to fix it and he even gave me some options.
