We had our garage door serviced several months ago & Jesse Magana made every part of our experience great! Communication from the start was always prompt, as was our service. Jesse is not only very knowledgeable & skilled, he is also professional, kind & patient. He was able to salvage our vintage, wooden Price garage door, which is an unusual, smaller size & rebuild everything otherwise for a fair price. I highly recommend Precision! I assume all of their techs are great, but I would request Jesse if it is an option!

Jesse came by the house and completed the $29.99 "24 point inspection, Lube and adjust all garage door parts" and did a great job. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He tightened the springs a bit, and he answered my questions about the impact of adding insulation panels to reduce the garage temperatures in the summer and increase them in the winter. It adds a bit of weight and might require another adjustment of the springs to reduce the load on the motor. The information he shared helps me to consider at what point it makes sense to just upgrade to a newer, insulated door, as this one came with the house when we purchased it. It was a great visit, and I'm grateful for the information that Jesse shared.
