We were very pleased with the service . Jon is very professional and knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything.

Extremely pleased with the entire experience from booking and the actual repair. Was given a 8-12 time slot and Jon showed up right on time at 8. Gave us a detailed explanation of the cause of our issues and provided 3 repair solutions. Ended up repairing the spring and replacing the rollers, bearings, and motor. Completed the work sooner than expected as well. Overall very satisfied and would recommend Jon and Precision.

Our garage door quit working. The outside keypad, the remote everything except for the wall mount that was physically hardwired. After a thorough investigation, Jon from precision. Figured out that the frequency was being interfered. This interference eventually burned up the motherboard of the garage door opener. Jon was able to replace the garage door opener change the frequency and complete the job. This project started late Saturday afternoon and he returned Sunday morning to make sure everything was completed. I can’t say enough about the professionalism The commitment to completing the job 100%. I would highly recommend precision garage door company at a Midvale, Utah to everyone that comes across with a garage door issue. Thank you, Jon.
