The sales representative was a very nice, helpful and honest person. The door took months longer to arrive and we weren't notified of the delay initially. When contacted the company responded promptly, however. The door and the motor are very nice quality. Everything was installed in just a few hours by a very knowledgeable and experienced employee.

After dealing with my super heavy old Garage Door from the 70's, meaning many band aid repairs over many years, we finally bit the bullet and bought a new Door through your company. I bought everything. Austin was awesome. He walked me through everything to ensure I understood what I was getting. He did a great install. The doors work perfect. I went with Precision even though I knew they were more expensive because I wanted a better experience and higher quality (I don't think I spent a ton more either). I got a great experience. Only downfall was the delays in shipping my doors. It took 2 months for the doors to come in. I would recommend periodic updates via email letting the customer know everything is still on its way. I had to call a few times to get updates.
