Hours after my new garage door install I could not get it to go down and the message on the opener read check sensors and alignment. I could not see anything wrong. I phoned for service and Sam was here very quickly. I told him what I had checked and after he checked all sensors and alignment he checked to make sure the door was functioning correctly-which is was. Sam was very polite.
