Jesse M. was my service person yesterday. He was able to come on the same day that I called Precision Garage Doors which was super because I couldn't use my garage door at all. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on with my garage door problem. He described to me everything that he was going to do to fix it and he even gave me some options.
