Josh did a wonderful job fixing my garage door. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I had him check my single car garage also. He. Found several cracked rollers and replaced them.

Trenton was our technician and he was very thorough and very sweet. He just did a maintenance on our door, nothing was broken.

Trevor did a great job! Upon arrival, we discussed my troubles with the garage door. He explained the solution for each repair/adjustment required and provided an accurate and timely quote. He went right to work and completed the job promptly. I am totally satisfied with his performance and the results of his work. One suggestion I would provide to the company would be to install only the sealed bearing rollers with every garage door installation. Thanks Trevor and Precision Door.

Josh Stone came out to assess a very squeaky track on a belt drive that is normally very quiet. He was able to determine what the problem was, make some adjustments to fix the problem and helped me understand what the root cause of the problem was. He tuned up both of my doors and all us right with the world again. No more squeaks. Thanks for your help.
