Vince was thorough in his inspection of the doors and then with his description of the work that needed to be done. He later explained everything he had done and provided an evaluation of future repairs in terms of both timing and a cost estimate. He was efficient and complete in his service. Our double-door garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on their 24/7 telephone number and was promptly able to get a repair appointment for 8:00 a.m. the next morning. Jon Ferreira was our tech repairman and not only called on his way to our home to give me his exact arrival time but, also texted and emailed me with his picture. He was knowledgeable, professional, fixed the door quickly, and the bill was very reasonable. We were extremely impressed with the service that we received and highly recommend this company!

I called late in the morning on September 9th and was able to make an appointment for that afternoon. The technician arrived within 2-3 hours of my placing the request. I was amazed at the speed of Precision Door's response! Jeff Zinz quickly handled the problem and was on his way before I knew it. Job well done!!
