Jon replaced our garage door motor and all the of the electrical devices and a battery back up in case of power outage. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. We are very happy with the job

Cordon showed up and had the old door and all attachments removed in 20 minutes. It took him and hour and 20 minutes to assemble and install the new door, and another 30 minutes to hook up the springs, install weather stripping and clean up. He was here for a total of two hours and 15 minutes. Not bad for working by himself. He was friendly, courteous and obviously experienced.

We received an inaccurate quote for a new door, not a broken spring. We are waiting for the corrected quote.

Same day service. Dylan explained what the problem was. Got it going in no time.

I was surprised at the prompt attention I received from my repair request. Not only did the respresentive from Precision come during the appointed time, but was here a half hour early. Another pleasantry was I received a phone call from him, telling me he was on his way to my home. When he arrived, in a very professional manner, surveyed the damage , explained to me why certain things happened, he proceeded to tell me that I had three options for repairs. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. I defintely will stay with this company and use them again. if 5 stars are the max for satisfaction, then you will get all five plus another for perfection.
