You really should be in the habit as a company of taking a picture of the before and after of a job - at least take pictures of the work you have done. I am a property manager for this property and the owner would have liked to have seen a picture of the work done. It helps to instill further trust. I would imagine that your company does a lot of work for property investors who never see their property but are paying all of the costs of maintenance. All of my other vendors do take pictures of the work that they do. Thank you

Today on November 7, 2022 we received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from your Technician Josh Stone! Josh called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early which we welcomed. Josh evaluated out door issue and determined one of the Springs installed in August of this year had been recalled and replaced that Spring. Additionally, we discussed with Josh the other issues we where having with the Garage Door acting up and adjustments we had attempted. Following discussions with Josh we determined our nineteen year old Garage Door Opener was on its last legs along with the sensors and chain assembly. Josh explained our options clearly and we decided to go ahead and replace the Opener. Josh removed the old Opener and installed a new Opener along with all the attaching hardware and explained the operation of the new Opener. Josh was EXCEPTIONAL with his ONE-ON-ONE DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE and EXPLANATIONS and we as SENIORS very much appreciated his service today!

The Precision Overhead Garage Door Service Technician Mr. Vincent (Vince) Moreira was EXCEPTIONAL with his service this afternoon in making the repair of our Broken Garage Door Spring! Vince took the time to explain the operation of the various Garage Door Parts in addition to the Broken Spring and pointed out the need for new Bearings and various adjustments and lubrication that would enhance our Garage Doors Operation in the future. As Seniors, my Wife and I appreciated the detailed explanation Vince went through and showed his personal concern toward us as was displayed in his OUTSTANDING ONE-ON-ONE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Vince arrived early and presented himself with his terrific personality and in detail explained the cost of the repair. Vince is definitely an asset to Precision and we highly recommend him for the EXCEPTIONAL work he completed at our residence this afternoon!

Very satisfied with the work that Josh did on my garage door operator mechanism. He quickly took care of the repair and checked out all the operation of the door. It was also satisfying to have precision get to my repair on day that I called about the problem. Precision has been looking after my garage door for a lot of years.
