We have been using Precision Door through our business, Moose Management Vacation Rentals. Clinton was our technician and we had an agreement that lube and tunes would be included in any scheduled service. I was not present for the service on Saturday and the person that met the new tech was told there was a $59 charge just to come out on a Saturday, which was not disclosed at the time of booking, and then the tech proceeded to charge for 2 lube and tunes (the scheduled home and the home next door) at $59 each. This service took no more than 10 minutes for BOTH garages. The person that met the tech asked about programming the garage door to the home system in his car and the tech told him it was not possible and instead sold him two garage remotes at $69 each. The tech did correct the issue that he was called out for, but I believe he took advantage of the person that he met with, overcharged with a trip charge, 2 lube and tunes and overpriced garage door openers. The tech is supposed to return with the new garage door openers next week. I am hoping you can make this right so that our business can continue to use Precision Doors for the over 80 properties we manage in the Park City area. Is there any way to get Clinton put back on our service? He was awesome!
