I scheduled a same day appointment online for later that same afternoon to get an estimate for new doors and openers after an accident left one of our doors unusable. Even before the appointment Josh was communicating with me to let me know his ETA, he took great care measuring and making sure we understood all our options for new doors and what the lead time on everything would be. We weren’t planning on it, but Josh was able to install two new openers and get our garage back into working order. What I assumed would be an estimate only appointment turned into getting not just an estimate but also two new openers meticulously installed. Josh was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. The openers are pretty nice too - but let’s be honest, everyone installs the same couple openers, the service and quality of the people here are the real value.

Micheal arrived on time (early even!) and was incredibly helpful in addressing the situation and actually talked me down from a door replacement in lieu of a repair. Super refreshing compared to other companies who come out swinging with a sales pitch. Set me up with a service tech the next day who got everything sorted out quick. Good stuff!

Precision door service is extremely responsive when you have a problem. I didn’t even have to wait a day to get my small issue resolved. The company installed my new garage door several months ago, and when my walking minute mechanismf started to fail, I called them and they sent out Russell who not only looked at my locking handle, he also gave me good tips on caring for the door. He replaced the failing lock handle AND to ensure no further problems, he replaced everything connected to the lock. I have peace of mind and know everything is secure. Thanks Russell! Patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The door works better than when it was first installed. Do you know your stuff. Thank you.
