The service was great, they arrived on time, did a complete inspection of the door and gave me options for the repair with pricing options. The repair Ed completed in a timely manner.. Vincent was friendly and courteous . I would give percision door a five star rating.

Great customer service and punctual

This is the second time (first one was like 5-7years ago but different issue) I had my garage door serviced by Precision and in both instances, I had a pleasant experience from Customer Service to the Technician. And of course for this time, kudos to Russel Holland. He gave me a call as soon as he got a request from Customer Service to keep me posted of his time estimate. He was very upbeat and pleasant to work with, very nice guy. And most of all, he did a very good job and even made the replacement better than the original in a very short time. Good job Russell, thank you and keep up the good work!

Fast professional work!

Russell was thorough even before he arrived. He called me twice to say he’d be late and what his ETA was so I wasn’t waiting around. He was very kind and very efficient when it came to fixing our garage. He even went above and beyond for my concerns and tinkered to make things 100% perfect. He was even kind to our dog and children. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Russell!

Russell was right on time. He was friendly and very polite. He checked my broken system out and then gave me three options for repair. Russell thoroughly explained each option, all of the parts I'd need, and how each option would benefit me. Once I selected an option Russell got right to work and did an amazing job within the time he predicted. I was very pleased with the work he had done plus he went over everything with me so I knew the work I wanted was done. Great Technician
