Precision Door is excellent! Quick service and very professional. Gives low to high estimates and lets you choose. Doesn't try and sell you on stuff you don't need. They also inspect and tune up other garage doors and doesn't charge. Takes care of the customer the right way!

Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.

After completion of service I noticed that one side of the door doesn’t completely close. Further adjustment is needed. I called to have someone return to finish the job, but was told that there would likely be an additional service charge. This seems unreasonable. I hope this can be taken care of promptly as without additional cost.
