Friendly repairman but quiet after I rejected his three offers to upgrade service, from about $1200 to almost $3000. All I wanted was garage door spring replaced. I had been quoted a service call fee and the spring cost from the office. That was what I asked for. Eventually that is what I got. Cost me less than $300. Perfect.

Dylan was very prompt called before he came and did a great job checking out our garage door talked to my husband and explained very well what’s needed to fix it. Best experience I have ever had with a garage door company. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. I will recommend Precision Garage door solely based on this service. Only wish I had him do the initial install 8 months ago. Haha. Thank you!!

Dylan was great and very knowledgeable. He did a great job. Overpriced service. I think that the parts were very overpriced and once the technician is here there is no option for me to say that to him because he cannot change it. Also when I called to schedule the appointment they said to me that the $80 service fee would applied to the total cost of the job but that was not the case. It was added separately to the total cost. Anyway all these pricing tricks are not very honest but I guess is part of your business model.
