Vincent returned today and explained the options to fix the uneven closure of the door. I made a choice and he quickly fixed the problem. He was pleasant and efficient and I appreciate his work. The person who I talked to on the phone was not and would benefit from some customer service training. Having said that I would like to apologize for my response to him as well. I should know better.

Vincent did a great job. Very thorough.

After completion of service I noticed that one side of the door doesn’t completely close. Further adjustment is needed. I called to have someone return to finish the job, but was told that there would likely be an additional service charge. This seems unreasonable. I hope this can be taken care of promptly as without additional cost.

Fast courteous repair. Door is better then ever. Was looking at an opener but rolls so easy I guess will wait. Good job Johnathon.

Tech is fine, but your sales tactics are sleazy. You quoted me $79.00 for a service call, then tried to tack on a $10.00 “environmental fee.” Why didn’t you quote me $89.00 from the get go? I refused to pay the $10.00 charge. By the way, where does the $10.00 go? It simply goes into your company’s pocket. Complete rip-off. The prices quoted for new motors were not even competitive. I will make sure my friends do not make the mistake of calling you!

Jon did an excellent job of explaining the work and completing the work in a timely fashion. FYI: the service was for a broken retraction bracket not the door spring. I really appreciated the quick response since I called the office number last night after normal working hours and Jon was here first thing in the morning. Terrific Service!

The cost of repair was very high. Jon did a good job and explained to me what needed to be done but I didn't expect to pay $649 for replacing springs and bearing. Those should be inexpensive parts. When I booked an appointment over the phone, they told me that the service visit was $79, and I was thinking that the max repair cost would be around $300. I understand that parts are more expensive now than they were in the past but I didn't expect them to be that expensive. It's not the technician's fault. He did a good job with repair. But considering that the repair took 45 minutes, it shouldn't have cost me $649.
