Jake was great. Came on time got everything installed and programmed the cars. Good work done quickly and wires were dressed well. Nice install.

Jon is a great worker and a good guy. He has done other work for us in the past and always does a great job. He's fast and efficient. He's very clear on our options and that helps us decide the best thing for us. He doen't push any options, just clearly explains them. We'll always use Precision and will highly recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

We love our new garage door and we love Precision door. From the moment Cody came to give us a quote, to the day Spencer came to install the new door Precision has been the best. They are great at communicating with you throughout each step, keep you informed of the timeline, and are punctual and respectful. Spencer put in a lot of thought and detail to his work. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them!

What a delightful technician Jon Ferreira is & an expert in efficiently repairing our noisy failing garage door spring assembly & remote openers! Jon arrived early and gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done & gave us options. Upon making our decision, Jon set about making the repairs and Voila! an amazing silent garage door, a brighter overhead light and easy to use keypad! We love it! We’ll request Jon and refer Precision to everyone we know!

Chandler was awesome to work with, he found a few issues and fixed them, but the main issue was not reoccurring. Just as he was leaving I went to close the door and it finally happened again. He came back and ended up replacing the motor. I will continue using precision as you have always treated me well.

Jeff knew exactly how to restore my garage door codes in a matter of minutes. We checked key-pad, the car, and the home openers and they all worked as they should. Thanks for the help, and for explaining how to reset them if I have a power break in the future.

Our tech, Chandler, took the time to inspect everything around our door to verify that the spring broke due to age rather than another issue that just would have shortened the life of the new spring. He explained all of the recommended parts and was zero pressure in our making the decision to upgrade the auxiliary pieces and better support our new springs. Excellent work and customer service, glad we made the call.
