Precision Garage door is great. They replaced our garage door spring on a Saturday. The company stands by its lifetime guarantee and replaced the springs free of charge. They do a great job communicating your appointment and send a text with a picture of the tech who will be doing the work.

Dylan did an excellent job in repairing by overhead garage door problem. He was very thorough, efficient, courteous, friendly, and informative. In addition,Dylan explained the availability of current door systems. Based on his recommendations, I decided to replace/update both of the doors/components installed in my double-garage unit. Chandler arrived and quickly diagnosed our problem. He gave me some options including repairing the 12 year old opener. We decided to replace the opener. Chandler replaced the opener and lubricated the door. He was very professional and courteous. In less than 2 hours he was done and our garage door is back in operation.
