I was really impressed with the availability of your technician and being able to have my problem taken care of so promptly. Your Technician, Dylan made two trips for the repair of our garage door opener motor. The first trip was to diagnose the problem, which he was able to do quickly. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part to correct the problem. He made an appointment for the next day and came on time and made the repair. He was very professional, on time for both appointments, and on the second day visit had the repair made and the system working very quickly. I really appreciated the system that you have that notifies me with a reminder of the appointment time and keeps me updated on the technician's status. I bought everything. Austin was awesome. He walked me through everything to ensure I understood what I was getting. He did a great install. The doors work perfect. I went with Precision even though I knew they were more expensive because I wanted a better experience and higher quality (I don't think I spent a ton more either). I got a great experience. Only downfall was the delays in shipping my doors. It took 2 months for the doors to come in. I would recommend periodic updates via email letting the customer know everything is still on its way. I had to call a few times to get updates.
