Jeff did a fantastic job in helping us make our decision to purchase a garage door. He was clear, patient, and friendly. He went the extra mile and helped clean up a couple things with our existing door, without asking. Without his honesty I would not have purchased a garage door opener. Vincent was great, however he pointed out that I should have had my bearings changed when I got my new spring some time ago (and that didn't happen except for the one in the middle). That is the apparent cause of my squeak. I now know what to monitor.

Dylan did a very good job inspecting and lubricating my door hardware and springs. He also showed me how to clear the codes on my wireless door pad. Something I couldn’t find on any on the company videos.

Well we fixed the keypad it took 10 minutes and suggestions for this is you update precision door. Net on the correct method to change key pad pin

Jake was excellent. He thoroughly inspected by door and reviewed the items that needed attention or could be failing besides the sprints. He provided options for the repair. He was quick and efficient. My garage door opens so easily. It is more quiet that it has ever been. Jake also advised on recommended maintenance for the door and my garage door opener.
