Jon did an excellent job. He did the entire replacement work in less than an hour, with great communications

He straightened out the bend in the door and shored up other areas of operation. I felt thrilled with his work and satisfied to have my garage door working again. The tech showed up earlier then scheduled which worked out better for me he was very nice and helpful in giving me info and getting me what I needed

Jake was very helpful in tweaking the sensors so we hopefully don't have any more obstruction issues. More than that, he educated me on work how to operate the door if I had the occasional problem.

Once the garage door arrived, after 6 weeks, it was installed quickly and efficiently.

Prompt professional emergent service, the broken springs were changed out and system repaired in a very timely fashion. The door now works as well as brand-new. We have always had first-rate service with Precision.

I've used Precision Garage Doors on numerous occasions and always come back because of their great service and installations. The installers were on-time, had expertise in installing the garage door and were friendly and professional. Plus the sales person who came out to provide a quote was knowledgeable and professional and provided the quote quickly. I recommend using this company!

Dylan and the man who accompanied him were very professional and accommodated by teleconference schedule. They were quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I wish I would have had them set up the keypad however, as I have been trying to do that for the past hour and have been unsuccessful. Maybe you could recommend a video tutorial I can access on line?
