We have used Precision for all of our service on our garage door, they have always been very professional and fair with prices. The service tech always calls before they get here to give an eta and they go right to work after giving the price for the job, we wouldn't consider any other company to do the work, very pleased.

Everything about working with this company was fantastic. I had no trouble getting through to a customer service representative to set up an appointment to repair my broken garage despite it being 7am! The customer service representative was very professional and kind. I got an appointment that same day. Jake called in advanced to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He walked me through all my options and was very transparent about the pricing of each option. Jake was friendly, professional and experienced. He installed new coils and a new garage door opener with key pad. The garage door is working better than it ever has in the past. I am 100% satisfied and definitely recommend this company.

Holy smoke! Precision door is fantastic! I talked to their customer service at about 3:30 in the afternoon to set up an appointment and by 4:30 the tech was ringing my doorbell. I've never had a service company act so quickly! Super impressive. Jake, out technician, way amazing! He went far and above what was expected. When our insurance company gave the approval for A basic garage opener (which we would have been fine with), Jake then called the insurance company directly and got us approved for the bigger, better opener. He certainly didn't need to do that, but I so appreciated that he took the time. His install was done quickly and with great care. Such a good guy. I'd recommend Precision to anyone!
