Holy smoke! Precision door is fantastic! I talked to their customer service at about 3:30 in the afternoon to set up an appointment and by 4:30 the tech was ringing my doorbell. I've never had a service company act so quickly! Super impressive. Jake, out technician, way amazing! He went far and above what was expected. When our insurance company gave the approval for A basic garage opener (which we would have been fine with), Jake then called the insurance company directly and got us approved for the bigger, better opener. He certainly didn't need to do that, but I so appreciated that he took the time. His install was done quickly and with great care. Such a good guy. I'd recommend Precision to anyone!

The new garage door looks great. The service man, Spencer, was very professional-he arrived on time, he worked hard, he showed us how to use and control it. We are very happy with this door.

My garage door is working better than before. Much smoother operation.

My Spring was not broken but did need lubed. The wheels on both sides were replaced and lubed. Other spots were also lubed. It was a little expensive but it sounds better. You should give seniors a discount. Thanks! Stay Safe.

Absolutely beautiful, day 1 of course. I wish he would of shown us how to link the garage opener to our Jeep? Perhaps I'll call to see how we can do this. Several of my neighbors have complimented on this door, stating it is so beautiful, I have referred them to Precision, I hope they are as pleased as we are. Thank you, it was worth the wait!
