Russell was great! He informed me as to all the options I had in fixing our garage door. Thorough inspection of all the major parts which I was grateful for. Gave me options to consider and made recommendations as well. Did not pressure me into any think I didn't want and was very professional. If all your service representatives are like Russell, you have an outstanding business. I would welcome Russell back to work on my garage door anytime and recommend Precision to anyone that had a garage door issue.

One day our garage door motor just stopped working like it wasn’t getting any power. Russell quickly identified the problem and used warranties and available discounts to make it a less expensive day!! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and fixed our problem and then made some other much needed updates to our system! Would happily work with Russell again in the future if needed!
