Russel did a fantastic job. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Russell was right on time. He was friendly and very polite. He checked my broken system out and then gave me three options for repair. Russell thoroughly explained each option, all of the parts I'd need, and how each option would benefit me. Once I selected an option Russell got right to work and did an amazing job within the time he predicted. I was very pleased with the work he had done plus he went over everything with me so I knew the work I wanted was done. I am very happy with the work Russell did and I'm glad I called Precision Door Service.

Great Technician

I had my old squeaky claptrap of a garage door opener replaced. Great communication throughout the process. The tech did a good job explaining the options and the costs were clear up front.

Jeff arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, then he got it done. Nice work. Good or better than new. I appreciate the quick service too. I called Saturday and it was done before noon Monday. Very nice.

Jeff was very easy to work with. I appreciated his honesty and straightforward communication. I was also very pleased with the communication with the company. The notified me that the technician was on the way and also sent a picture so he was immediately identifiable.

First visit to quote garage door and opener replacement. Jake was on time, letting me know when he was a few minutes away. He was knowledgable and helpful, offering options to address my needs.

Vince was very helpful and answered our questions regarding the different options for repair and/or replacement.

Tech Jeff Zinz arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed short-circuited sensor wires and fixed them. In his door inspection he found cracks in steel door hinges and I opted to have him replace them (hinges and door are 1979 vintage with modern LiftMaster opener). He was done with work in about 30 minutes total and cost me $345.60. Thanks Jeff!

Dylan was thoughtful and took the time to assess the problems. Between the two of us we came up with an action plan and Dylan got to work...he performed some routine maintenance to git rid of the squeaky doors...more than just applying some silicone to the rollers and hinges...he found an old nail left over from construction that was rubbing on the door panels in an area that could not be easily seen...he replaced the door bottom weather stripping as well...all in all he was courteous, pleasant, and knew what he was doing...I'm very pleased with his work!
